Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your Spookcast ships — every order ships with tracking, no exceptions.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Pricing is shown in CAD for Canadian customers and USD for US customers at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Orders typically arrive within about 14 business days of your order date. This includes processing time. It's not an overnight product — we'd rather set that expectation up front than surprise you later.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee — carrier delays, weather, and customs (where applicable) can add time. You can always track your order's progress from your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Lost or damaged packages
If your Spookcast arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you never received it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
